📝 Booking & Payment
You can book through our website using the online booking form, call us at +32 2 123
4567, email us at info@airporttransfer.belgiumtours.be, or contact us via WhatsApp. We recommend booking
at least 24 hours in advance, though we can accommodate last-minute requests subject to
availability.
For standard transfers, we recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance. For
special events, corporate bookings, or travel during peak periods (holidays,
conferences), we suggest booking 1-2 weeks ahead. However, we always do our best to
accommodate last-minute requests.
We accept cash (EUR), bank transfers, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express). For corporate clients, we offer monthly invoicing. Payment can be
made in advance or upon completion of service.
Absolutely not. We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. The quote you receive
includes all costs: vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, and parking (where applicable). The
only additional charges would be for services requested during the journey that weren't
part of the original booking.
✈️ Airport Pickups
For arrivals, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board
displaying your name (or company name if requested). We provide the exact meeting point
details in your booking confirmation. For departures, the driver will pick you up at
your specified address.
We monitor all flights in real-time and automatically adjust pickup times for delays.
There are no extra charges for flight delays. We include 60 minutes of complimentary
waiting time from your actual arrival time to allow for customs, baggage collection,
etc.
Yes, please provide your flight number for airport pickups. This allows us to track your
flight in real-time and ensure the driver is there when you arrive, even if your flight
is early or delayed.
Absolutely! Our professional drivers will assist with loading and unloading your
luggage. Please inform us in advance if you have extra-large or unusual items (sports
equipment, musical instruments, etc.) so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle.
🔄 Changes & Cancellations
Yes, you can modify your booking (date, time, pickup location, etc.) by contacting us
directly. Modifications made more than 24 hours before pickup are free of charge.
Changes within 24 hours may incur a small fee depending on availability.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund
(or credit for future use). Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
No-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup incur the full charge.
If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we offer a full refund with no cancellation
fee, provided you notify us as soon as possible. We can also reschedule your transfer to
your new flight time at no extra charge.
🚗 Vehicles & Drivers
Our fleet includes Business Sedans (BMW 5 Series), Luxury Sedans (Mercedes S-Class),
Premium Minivans (Mercedes V-Class up to 6 passengers), and Luxury Minibuses (Mercedes
Sprinter up to 16 passengers). All vehicles are less than 3 years old and impeccably
maintained.
Yes, all our drivers are fluent in English. Many also speak French, Dutch, German, and
other languages. If you have specific language requirements, please mention this when
booking and we'll accommodate your preference.
Absolutely. All our drivers are professionally licensed chauffeurs with clean driving
records. They undergo thorough background checks and regular training. All our vehicles
are fully insured with comprehensive coverage for your peace of mind.
Our drivers wear professional business attire (dark suit, white shirt, tie) as standard.
For VIP and diplomatic services, full chauffeur uniform is available upon request.
⭐ Special Requests
Yes, we provide child seats, booster seats, and infant carriers free of charge. Please
specify the age/weight of the child when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat.
We offer baby seats (0-12 months), child seats (1-4 years), and booster seats (4-12
years).
Small pets in carriers are welcome in our vehicles at no extra charge. For larger pets,
please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. We may require the pet to be in a
suitable carrier or travel blanket.
Yes, champagne, wine, or other beverages can be arranged upon request for special
occasions. Please mention this when booking. There may be an additional charge depending
on your selection. Complimentary bottled water is always provided.
Yes, multiple stops can be accommodated. For point-to-point transfers, additional stops
may incur extra charges. Our hourly chauffeur service is ideal if you need to make
several stops with flexibility. Just mention your requirements when booking.
